My name is Déborah, I am a Happy Beekeeper in the South of France,

I decided to make my passion my job by becoming Beekeeper to be able to save and protect our lovely bees!

​

After a first year in 2019 combining apiary work and returning to school at the Lycée Agricole de Hyères,

Here I am now, graduated of a BPREA Beekeeping and officially Manager of an Agricultural Company,

And after a year of conversion, my farm is now certified Organic since Spring 2021,

I am a harvesting beekeeper but above all a transhumant beekeeper to be able to offer you different organic honeys throughout the season,

I move my hives according to flowering between the departments of Var, Alpes de Haute Provence and Isère,

This is followed by harvests, extractions, filtrations, potting and labeling before finding my Honey jars on your table :-)

And it is from this liquid gold that I also produce all my processed products such as Nougats, Gingerbread, Lollipops,...
